When you contact Happy Mediums with a project request by e-mail or telephone:
- I will confirm your order, provide you the cost, and request a deposit of 50 percent of the total payment before beginning the process of developing your communication product.
- Once your payment has cleared, I will contact you by telephone to do an in-depth and confidential interview and/or consultation about the information that you send to me.
- Based on the information I gather from you, I will create and send a draft for your review.
- As soon as you have reviewed and conveyed to me any changes in the first draft, I will prepare and send your final product in whatever form that you request, along with a bill for your final payment.
It's as easy as that!
